Jo-Jo's Baby Blanket

This is the knitting pattern for a sweet, soft and lightweight baby blanket.

It is a simple knit, working from corner to corner and then knitting on a small border.
Designed in Scotland
The pattern is worked on 4.5 mm and 4 mm needles

The photographs show it knitted up using Sirdar Snuggly Bouclette
This yarn is
37% wool
36% Nylon
27% Acrylic
Machine washable at 40 degrees.
The pattern could easily be knitted in other yarns, using DK, worsted or Aran yarns. The finished blanket would just be a slightly different finished size.
I used the above yarn as it gives a lovely textured finish, is lightweight and machine washable.

The finished blanket as shown measures approx 63 cm x 63 cm
And I have made up kits - Blue, Pink or Aqua - which are on a separate listing & would make an ideal gift.
